Support

Email [email protected] for app issues, general feedback, and feature requests. Include the app version, iOS version, what you tapped, and what happened. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details, or studio credentials.

Coryo operates from the United States. Email is the current published support channel; there is no telephone support desk.

If you can open the app, use Me → Settings → Account. Account includes sign-in methods, backup status, export, sign out, and Delete account. Account deletion is initiated inside the app and does not require an email conversation.

If you cannot access the app or the account email, read Data & deletion and contact [email protected]. We may ask for enough information to verify that the account is yours before changing or deleting it.

The Privacy Policy explains what is on the server, what remains on the phone, retention, providers, and your choices. You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information at [email protected].

App permissions are managed in iOS Settings. Booking-site cookies and sign-ins saved by Coryo can be removed under Me → Settings → Storage without clearing Safari.

Coryo opens independent studio, organizer, booking, and ticket pages. We do not charge the card, issue the ticket, control admission, or set those providers' refund and cancellation rules. Contact the provider shown on the receipt or booking page for a purchase, cancellation, refund, waiver, or entry problem.

Coryo support is not an emergency service and is not monitored for emergency response. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You can still send the listing or account details afterward so we can review what appears in the Service.
