With a lifelong passion for movement and artistry, Violet brings a unique blend of expertise and creativity to her Pilates classes. Her journey began in ballet and musical theatre, where she developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and discipline of the performing arts. She holds a bachelor's degree in Dance and is a certified Pilates instructor with extensive experience in choreography and teaching. In addition to her studio work, Violet has been an integral part of the circus and flow arts community in Los Angeles and is excited to now call the Bay Area home. For over a decade, she has performed captivating fire and burlesque acts, blending grace and strength to create unforgettable experiences. These diverse influences inform her teaching style, which emphasizes fluidity, core strength, and a sense of play. Violet’s classes provide a welcoming space for all levels, helping participants enhance their physical fitness, improve posture, and enjoy the transformative power of Pilates.
