Hi ladies, (Owner) Nia here! I have been a pole junky since 2018 and teaching since 2019. I was a stay-at-home homeschooling mama of 3 who need something for myself! Pole has helped boost my confidence and strength!! I love that no matter what I’m going through once I touch a pole all washes away it’s truly my safe space. I love teaching cute shapes that anyone can achieve. Beginners are my babies and hold a special place in my heart! ( tho my og’s know I always got something for them too!! I’m always so excited to watch my ladies be amazed at what their bodies can do! Can’t wait to Sesh with you all.
