Eugenie Lamprecht

Eugenie grew up in South Africa, where she trained in gymnastics for over a decade and worked as a physical therapist before moving to the US and shifting careers. She loves that pole is both playful and empowering, offering space to explore movement while building strength, control, and body awareness. As a developing instructor, she’s passionate about helping students find joy in the process: laying the groundwork to progress with confidence, while having a great time doing it.
