Elizebeth Randall Rains

Elizebeth Randall Rains is a mama, dancer, and educator who grew up in Santa Cruz. She earned an MFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and a BA in Dance from San Francisco State University. Elizebeth has performed professionally and taught extensively throughout the SF Bay Area and in Boston and New York. Currently, she is on faculty at Cabrillo College and Saint Mary's College while also pursuing a Somatic Dance Educator certification with Bill Evans and Debra Knapp. Elizebeth is deeply grateful to be a part of the amazing Motion family and she loves sharing experiences of somatic awareness, aliveness, and joy with her beautiful ballet class community.
