Dexandro Montalvo

Fall '08 new teen hip hop teacher sub for adult program Dexandro "D" Montalvo started dancing at the age of 14 and received his professional hip hop dance training in NYC. He has appeared on television shows on MTV, BET, Telemundo, and Fox. Dexandro's choreography has appeared in music videos, television, venues nationally, and has taught hip hop dance classes in various schools in New York , including SUNY Purchase College . After getting his BFA in Dance, he was offered a contract with the Liss Fain Dance Company and moved to San Francisco . Since his move to San Francisco , he has had the pleasure of teaching for National Dance Week, SFDC, Alonzo King's LINES Professional Program, and ODC's Youth Program.
