Christina Musser

Christina has been dancing, teaching, choreographing, and performing since 1996. In addition to serving as the Assistant Director of Spotlight, she currently teaches ballroom, Latin, swing, and salsa at both Spotlight and UC Davis. She also competes professionally and has won Rising Star titles throughout the U.S. Christina is DVIDA certified in American Smooth and Rhythm and assists in the training of other instructors and ballroom dance professionals. Christina is also a certified Zumba instructor and leads Zumba classes at Spotlight and UC Davis. Christina is also the Assistant Director and a choreographer of the award-winning Spirit in Motion Dance Company. Outside of dance, Christina earned a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, & Behavior from UC Davis, graduating with highest honors. In addition to her dance background, her broad range of teaching experience includes teaching Physiology at UC Davis, the Medical College Admissions Test Class for Kaplan, and high school Physics and Algebra.
