Becca Minsley

Originally from New York City, Becca trained at the at the School of American Ballet, SLK Ballet, and studied under renowned teachers including Edward Ellison and Fabrice Herrault . She spent summers at Kirov Ballet Academy, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Ellison Ballet and San Francisco Ballet School. After an injury ended her ballet career, she shifted paths and pursued a degree at Bates College, where she performed contemporary works by Trisha Brown, Rachel Boggia, and Carol Dilley. In 2023, she began training in heels with James Jared in San Francisco, rediscovering a love of movement through a more expressive and personal lens. Her classes emphasize community, self-expression, and joy, creating an inclusive space where dancers of all levels can move with confidence and intention. Drawing from both classical and contemporary influences, Becca is passionate about helping others feel strong, seen, and empowered in their bodies.
