Anessa

Anessa is a local pole instructor/performer in Orange County. She began her pole journey in 2018 as to try a new form of exercise and ever since it has been her routine to practice pole several times a week. She loves the uniqueness of the sport and how it encourages her to build her strength and become more flexible but she loves the community of people she’s met through pole the most.
