About this class
LEVEL 0-1 DESCRIPTION: In this class, you'll learn various chair "tricks" and multiple ways to dance on and around the chair in a sexy choreographed routine. WEAR: Regular heels or pole heels and knee pads. Feel free to dress in whatever makes you feel sexy! *please note that leggings/tights are recommended because your skin can stick to the steel chair.
