This 6-week in-studio Introductory Ballet Workshop 1A is designed specifically for total adult beginners—absolutely no prior training required. In a welcoming and inclusive environment, students learn the fundamental steps, classical ballet vocabulary, proper alignment, and movement quality that form the foundation of ballet technique. This workshop is intentionally structured to prepare dancers for continued growth, giving students the confidence, knowledge, and physical awareness needed to progress on their ballet journey. Upon completion, participants are well equipped to transition into the LEVEL 1B Workshop or the Intro Level Open Adult ballet classes offered 4x a week.
