About this class

Welcome to the Fairies Playgarden, a beginner friendly, all-levels floor work choreography class. Get ready to slink, slide, and spin across the floor while learning technique through intentional movements and smooth transitions. Develop musicality by learning to move with the music, play with textures, and bring your personal spice to the dance. Build strength, flexibility, and confidence while discovering the freedom of freestyle. This class is perfect for pole students looking to expand their practice and wanting to learn how to wear their 7”-8” platform pole heels / Pleasers. Heels are not required; socks are perfectly fine. Knee pads are required for the turns and slides on our knees. Wear anything you can comfortably dance in that makes you feel confident, sexy, and cute.
