Our Beginner Floorwork class is all about slow, slinky movement and feeling confident on the floor. We’ll break down the foundations of floorwork, including sensual flow, fundamental shapes, and smooth transitions—all at a beginner-friendly pace. You’ll learn how to connect basic moves, play with musicality, and make the floor your own. No dance experience needed! Attire: Comfortable clothes that make you feel fierce. Shoes: Socks recommended, heels optional. Kneepads recommended.
