About this class

This class focuses on smooth, grounded choreography using low-height pole tricks and floorwork. We’ll emphasize fluid transitions, musicality, and creative expression while dancing to a variety of musical genres. Please note: This is NOT an introductory pole class. This class is designed for experienced beginners and above who have some familiarity with basic pole movements and transitions. Advanced tricks are not required, but prior pole experience is recommended. Performance & Confidence: Each class includes an opportunity to perform and record your choreography on your own camera. This is an intentional part of the experience, designed to help you build confidence, embrace your personal style, and become more comfortable performing on camera. Knee pads are required. Heels and pole attire are optional but encouraged.
