International Cha Cha comes from the Cuban dance called the Cha Cha Cha, and is named so for the sound the feet that the dancers make. It has quick and agile footwork to accentuate the smooth body action that it borrows from its sister dance Rumba (Music: Tito Puente- Miami Beach Cha Cha Cha).
