About this class

Can’t wait to see you in class! Come full of energy and ready to jump into a whole other level of fierceness! We start off with a 10 minute warm up/ stretch routine before each class. After the warmup we will jump straight into a super fun combo (around 45-60 seconds) after every class students share the floor by splitting into groups and perform the choreo for one another and the camera (if you’re comfortable). Every couple of weeks, class will be professionally filmed by a videographer that will come in towards the end of class to give every student the spotlight that they deserve! Attire: Make sure to bring knee pads to each class if you feel you need them, as I do some floor in my choreo). Heels are always recommended but not mandatory (all types of heels are welcomed). Any clothing that makes you feel sexy and allows for full range of motion is ideal. My heels class is great for you if you want to feel confident, but still push and challenge yourself to be a better dancer and performer. See you there!
