Ballet IV/Teens - Technique Class - Ages 12 & Up

Ballet Level IV - Ages 12 & Up Ballet Level IV is designed for advanced students who have developed a strong foundation in classical ballet technique and are ready for increasingly complex barre and center work. Students will continue to develop strength, control, flexibility, musicality, and strong leg extensions while working on more advanced elements such as intricate beats, multiple pirouettes, petite and grand allegro, and more complex combinations. At this level, students should have a strong understanding of pointe technique and are expected to take class on pointe regularly. Consistent training is important as dancers work toward greater technical proficiency, artistry, and performance quality. Recommended Training: 3–4 ballet classes per week, including regular pointe work. Girls' Attire: Black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Hair must be secured in a neat bun. Boys' Attire: Black tights or fitted dance pants, white shirt, and black or white ballet shoes. Hair styled neatly.
