About this class

Adult Basic Ballet is our Level 1 Class suitable for the absolute beginner adult as well as older or returning students who would like to work in a slower paced environment. This class is mostly barre work that progresses slowly and is open to absolute beginners at any point in the semester. Students are encouraged to emulate more experienced students as well as ask questions when needed. Attire - Leotard & Tights or Leggings & a fitted top. Regular Non Grip Socks can be worn for the first two classes then we require ballet shoes.
