Beg/Int. Contemporary

About this class

Beg/Int. level classes are for the dancer who has mastered the beginner level and wants to move to the intermediate level. This Contemporary class is a safe space to feel all the vibes! You will be challenge throughout class and pushed to let go of your boundaries. This class incorporates both technical and feely movements! After a full body warm up and technique, we take time with the combo going through textures and floorwork and ending in improv. Attire: Knee pads encouraged! Any thing you feel comfortable moving your body in, leggins, sweats, tank tops, t-shirts etc. Socks or bare foot preferable, but anything that is best for you is encouraged.
