Bachata - Level 1.5

About this class

The Bachata Level 1.5 Class bridges the gap between Level 1 and 2 by reinforcing foundations and introducing Level 2 concepts. Group classes cover both footwork and partner work. Prior participation in Level 1 is highly recommended. No partner is required. In this class, students may learn: Footwork & Partnerwork * Open Basic * Syncopation * Pivot turns * Hip rolls * Prep turns * Disconnected shadow * Walking crossovers * Rainbow step * Rock step * Cha-cha step * Bass step Technique * Clear leading and responsive following * Strong partner connection and frame (turns & footwork) * Body movement * Smooth, controlled turns Due to limited space, please secure your spot by clicking on “book now”. Cancel at least 6 hours in advance to avoid losing credit. Classes last 50 minutes. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes late. Late arrivals may be denied entry and forfeit their class credit.
