About this class
Beg/Int Heels Technique classes provide a space where you can work on the fundamentals that are necessary for comfortably and confidently taking heels choreo classes! This is not a choreo class, but there may be a short combo integrating drills. Technique Drills include, but are not limited to: -walks & weight shifts -dives & shoulder rolls -candlesticks & lines -turns, etc. Heels not required, kneepads recommended for floorwork.
