About this class
This all-levels class focuses on smooth, grounded choreography using low-height pole tricks and floorwork. We’ll emphasize fluid transitions and creative expression while we dance to a variety of musical genres. New to pole? No worries modifications and variations will always be offered. Knee pads are required. Heels and pole attire are optional but encouraged.
