Come take a seat in Chair Affair: Tricks + Choreo! This class focuses on learning fun and flirty choreography that incorporates transitions in and off of the chair. We will tap into our sexy side while we learn acro chair moves and slinky floorwork that can even be translated into your favorite low flow pole sessions. Class will consist of a full body warm up, time to explore relevant acro chair moves, and learn a short fun choreographed piece. LEVELS: Advanced Beginner - Advanced **This is NOT an "intro" class.
