Welcome to Ground Control! Basework, Floorwork & Low Flow Pole work requires an entirely different understanding and skill set than aerial pole does. And let's face it, the floor is always there for you! Join us each week as we work on these skills and stay grounded....WITH & WITHOUT THE POLE! LEVELS: Beginner - Intermediate *This is NOT an Intro level class.* WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Barefoot or Pole Stilettos (7" or 8" preferred) KNEE PADS REQUIRED! Pants welcome, but sometimes you may need your skin, so always be prepared with proper pole clothes!
