SAMBA da Bahia is our main focus but we will incorporate movements of Maracatu, Afoxé, Blocos Afro, Cabocloé Orixa. You will experience an excellent variety of Brazilian music as we explore and learn a diversity of rhythms that will warm you up, challenge you aerobically and get you moving through space while dipping into culture, movement and spirit of Brazil. You will get energized and invigorated. This class is welcoming and open to All Levels of Ability.
