While rooted in contemporary, this class includes a solid jazz influence, bridging the space between the two forms. Utilizing her 25+ years of teaching experience, Printz offers up a mixed platter of technique, detailed gesture, syncopated rhythms, floor work, athleticism, and musically driven, full-out movement. The class will include a fully embodied warm up, across the floor exercises, adagio, and of course, plenty of time for a combination. The class allows space for dancers of differing backgrounds to dig in, and cross pollinate. She is known for her upbeat attitude and inviting classroom energy and encourages dancers to enjoy and celebrate their dance practice and development.
