About this class

Simple way to bring out your sweet feminine energy! Beginning heels class consists of a 25 minute long warm-up and conditioning part during which you will prepare your body for a demanding, yet graceful main part of the class- learning a short, eye-catching choreography. Attire: Heels not required but encouraged Please wear an outfit you feel confident and like yourself in (leggings or sweat-shorts recommended, sometimes knee pads are needed too!)
