Collegiate Shag is a high-energy partner dance from the 1930s, danced to mid and uptempo jazz music from the 1930s-1960s. In this class, you'll learn techniques to dance fast and smooth, tandem variations, combos, textures, and musicality. Prerequisite: This is a level 2 class, so dancers must know and be comfortable with the Collegiate Shag basics. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your class.
