About this class
Controlled. Captivating. Addictive. Spin Theory is where strength meets seduction on spinning pole. This is a strictly tricks-and-sequences class designed for dancers ready to move beyond the basics and step fully into their power. Expect fluid rotations, intentional transitions, and spins that demand both control and confidence. Each month, the class will explore a new signature trick or sultry spinning sequence — breaking it down, refining the details, and then threading it together into something smooth, dynamic, and undeniably magnetic. This is about clean lines, aerial stamina, and learning how to command the spin instead of letting it control you. This class is not for beginners. It’s for dancers who are ready to challenge their strength, elevate their technique, and move with intention. Prerequisites: Confident, active climbs Actively inverting from the floor or consistently working toward your floor invert 2–3 months of consistent pole training Comfortable stepping into intermediate-level movement Attire: Heels highly recommended (but not required) Knee pads strongly encouraged Leg warmers recommended
