About this class

Designed for students who have graduated from the true beginner stage and are ready to level up their pole journey. This class is for dancers with approximately 2–3 months of pole experience who are beginning to challenge themselves with more advanced skills. Students should be able to attempt or are actively working toward floor inversions, beginner climbs, and smoother, more controlled transitions. Sweet Pea will guide you through strength-building drills, technique refinement, and elevated beginner tricks that help you move with confidence, control, and intention.
