This class is designed for people with a clear foundation in pole who are ready to take their performance to the next level. With clear instruction and adjustments my goal is to ELEVATE YOU. We’ll explore: Stretching and flexibility Conditioning and strengthening Form and alignment Grip training Trick transitions Creating choreography Artistry and creativity Expect intense hands on support and encouragement from your instructor. While this class is not ideal for beginners this class is open to all levels - modifications and progressions will be given as needed for your level.
