This intermediate/advanced class explores all aspects of pole, covering floorwork, twirls, aerial pole tricks and transitions, and everything in between to expand your pole repertoire. This class emphasizes progressions for every trick, transition, and combo that will encourage you to push a little farther. We recommend having a solid climb and being comfortable with inverts and leg hangs for this class.
