flO HEELS Heelography Heaven. A heels-based pole flow class exploring fluid movement, edgework, sensuality, and dynamic transitions. Designed to build confidence in stilettos while refining movement quality and performance presence, this class blends technique-driven drills with choreography you can settle into and make your own.
