About this class
Pole Play & Dance is a 'Mixed Level' (1 1/2 hour) class. Pole Play & Dance consists of an intense conditioning, stretching & strengthening warmup, followed by pole-work according to your level. This class will have Freestyle small group dancing at the end of class. All levels are welcome, however if you are a first-time pole dancer, we recommend taking the Intro Pole Teaser class prior to attending Mixed Level classes
