Captivate an audience, your significant other, or yourself with slinky, sensual sexy floorwork choreography. Focus your strength and flexibility as you melt and flow into and out of each trick and pose. This is an intermediate class. Prior experience in our Flow Floorwork class is suggested. Modifications and variations are available. Attire: Comfortable clothes that you can move in and make you feel fierce Shoes: Heels, Long socks preferred for warm-up and conditioning Additional: Water bottle, towel (optional), knee pads Please book and pay online ahead of time. "No Shows" or cancellations made less that 4 hours ahead of class time will result in loss of the class credit. Please cancel out of the class if you are unable to attend.
