The best place to start is at the beginning. Explore an introduction to ballet in a class that's slow-paced, foundational, and brimming with the basics. Aside from the instructor, most have never taken ballet before, or they're revisiting after years (decades!) off. Focus is on being better than yesterday's self and exploring the ballet curriculum in an accessible manner. Class and pace is catered to who shows up. Dress code: Athleisure or ballet attire, flat ballet shoes; no pointe allowed unless working pro
