Pole Tricks & Transitions (Mixed Level)

About this class

This class is designed for students progressing from floor inversions to aerial work, as well as those already comfortable with aerial inversions and looking to refine and advance their skills. Level 2 students will focus on building strength, control, and technique to safely take inversions off the floor, while Level 3/4 students will work on more complex tricks, transitions, and combinations. Progressions and modifications will be provided to support all levels in the room while maintaining proper form and execution. Prerequisite: Must have a clean, controlled floor inversion.
