About this class

We will do a full-bodied warm-up tuning the instrument of our bodies as well as our attention. Class blends technical training, big yummy dancing, floorwork, and improvisation. A few short dances will come together at the end of class. Suzanne (Zan) Beahrs guides students in exploring movement and practice as a pathway to deeper presence and connection—with ourselves, our surroundings, and each other.
