This 6-week in-studio Introductory Ballet Workshop 1B is designed specifically for adult beginners. Perfect for those who have completed the 1A Workshop Training. In a welcoming and inclusive environment, students continue to learn fundamental steps, classical ballet vocabulary, proper alignment, and movement quality that form the foundation of ballet technique.
