Beg/Int Pole - Join us for a Pole class that helps build on those FUNdamentials - whether you're looking to take your skills to new heights or stay grounded with controlled movements. Climbs, inverts, tricks, transitions and combinations are just a few things we cover here! The possibilities are endless! Prerequisite: ideally 3-4 previous classes to have familiarity with basics. Clothing: Shorts and tanks or tops that allow you to utilize your skin. Please no oil or lotions before classes, and jewelry to a minimum as to not hurt yourself or damage the equipment.
