About this class

Supercharge your practice and build the raw power needed to dominate the pole. Pole Conditioning is a high-energy, 55-minute circuit-based training session designed specifically to target your core, grip, and upper body strength. During this fast-paced workout, you will rotate through a strategic mix of vertical pole drills and grounded floor exercises. We blend targeted stability work—like abs, splits, and deep mobility training—with functional pole mechanics to enhance your control and stamina. Because every single exercise comes with scalable progressions, the circuit is tailored entirely to your current abilities, allowing you to challenge your limits safely and effectively. Expect to sweat, build serious lean muscle, and leave feeling stronger and more connected to your body. Prerequisites: This class is progression-based, so all levels are welcome, but to ensure you understand basic grips and safe engagement, we highly suggest that students take at least 5 Pole 1: Fundamentals classes before attending our Conditioning classes. What to Wear & Bring Water: Absolutely! Be ready to WORK! Clothing: Bring those pole shorts. Grip Aid: If you need it, bring it! No Lotions: Please do not apply body lotion or oils on the day of class, as it makes the poles dangerously slippery. Yoga Mat: Recommended for your comfort during the warm up.
