What is Pole Tricks (Level 3) ? Our highest level at BeSpun - come and learn more advanced pole tricks with Logan! What will I learn? We will take the skills learned in Pole Tricks Level 2 and build on increasingly advanced moves. Progress will be toward mastering the most advanced pole tricks. Some examples include: Janeiro, No-hand Allegra, Ayesha variations, Brass Monkey variations, etc. A great deal of emphasis will be placed on fluid transitions from one advanced move to another in a controlled and safe manner. What are the pre-requisites? Students should have comfortably taken multiple Pole Tricks (Level 2) classes prior to moving onto Level 3.
