LABT 2026–2027 SEASON AUDITION Take the Next Step with Los Alamitos Ballet Theatre In just four years, Los Alamitos Ballet Theatre has grown into an ambitious professional company with a distinctive artistic voice and an expanding presence in Southern California and beyond. Since its founding, LABT has collaborated with the Long Beach Symphony, presented four annual fundraising Galas, created its own bespoke, immersive and reimagined production of The Nutcracker, Sugar Plum’s Realm, and launched its international Dance Across Cultures Tour to Trinidad & Tobago in 2025. Each of these milestones has helped shape LABT’s mission: to create exceptional performance opportunities, build meaningful artistic collaborations, bring audiences closer to dance, and create pathways for the next generation of professional artists. LABT will hold a dedicated company audition for dancers interested in performing with the professional company throughout the upcoming season. Paid Professional Artist contracts are available as well as Trainee Positions. LABT 2026–2027 Company Audition Sunday, September 13 3:30–5:30 PM The audition will include a ballet class with Live Accompaniment and LABT repertory, giving the Artistic Directors an opportunity to see dancers in both a classical setting and the movement vocabulary of the company. Dancers will be considered for opportunities throughout LABT’s 2026–2027 season, including: Autumn Duets Sugar Plum’s Realm Ballet in Bloom Gala International Touring to Trinidad or Peru : Dates TBD
