About this class

West Coast Swing 1.5 is designed for dancers with foundational experience who are ready to explore advanced timing, syncopations, musical accents, and styling. This class deepens technique while keeping movement creative and playful. Students work on more complex patterns, transitions, and variations that enhance social dance confidence. Emphasis is placed on connection, musical responsiveness, and clean execution. No partner is required. This is one of the studio’s most popular adult classes and a favorite for dancers attending West Coast Swing socials. Attire & Shoes: Comfortable Clothing. Flat dance shoes encouraged, or comfortable sneakers. RSVP & Check-In Policy: Early-bird RSVP is required by 9:00 PM the night before to secure the discounted drop-in rate ($25). Same-day attendance is welcome if the class is running and may be billed at the same-day drop-in rate ($30) or deducted from an active membership. Please check in with the front desk upon arrival.
